Set in 1.5 acres this property offers total seclusion and tranquillity but is only 10 minutes drive from the ancient town of Tolentino, the second largest town in Le Marche where you will find shops, boutiques, restaurants, churches, local fiestas, museums and so much more. Tolentino is also famous for the Ferma Spa where the locals still go to “take of the water”. The villa is only 40 minutes from the beautiful Italian coast or perhaps you prefer something more tranquil – try the Fiastra Lake which is located in the mountains but only a 25 minute drive away. We often take a picnic there and the children swim in the wonderful fresh water! The villa is easily reached and within an hour of Ancona airport flying from Stansted airport (Bologna, Forli, Pescara and Rome Airports are also easily accessible). A hire car is a must to make the most of the vast attractions Le Marche has to offer. Should you wish to venture further a field it is about a 2.5 hour drive to Rome or Florence but there is also the option of getting the train from nearby Foligno.

The property is available for rent all year round – being only 25 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains it offers not only enjoyable walks, hiking, cycling, horse riding but winter ski-ing. Experience the wonder of Italy or just sit back with a glass of local wine on the verandah or in front of the log fire watching the sun set over the stunning views. As well as the summer, Christmas and New Year are equally magical times in Le Marche with the snow covered villages and mountains coming alive with the winter sports by day and the fireworks by night.
